FRESH IBÉRICO BLOOD SAUSAGE

Once you have tried our Doña Teresa Ibérico Blood Sausage you will not be able to stop eating it

Unlike our other sausage meat products, Doña Teresa Ibérico Blood Sausage is not a cured product. It is a sausage made with bread crumbs, pine nuts, onions, vegetables, blood, fat and natural spices. Once all these ingredients are combined, they are stuffed into natural tripe and then boiled.

Our Ibérico blood sausage can be fried in olive oil, which is the most popular way of consuming it, although there are numerous other delicious ways of preparing it (scrambled eggs with blood sausage, blood sausage lasagna, blood sausage soup, peppers stuffed with blood sausage…)

As we are the ONLY producers of this type of blood sausage in Guijuelo, we can assure you that once you have tried our Doña Teresa Ibérico Blood Sausage you will not be able to stop eating it, as it is a delightful addition to any meal.

This fresh sausage is well known by all, yet very few actually produce it.

Our Ibérico sausages are characterized by their flavor and texture, and they are available in two varieties: white Ibérico sausage and spicy red Ibérico sausage.

IBÉRICO LONGANIZA

This sausage meat is normally known as spicy Ibérico chorizo and Ibérico butifarra

The Ibérico Longaniza is similar to the sausage, but with much less fat.

After meticulous selection of the best lean meats, we grind and marinate the meat and stuff it in its casing.

This sausage meat is normally known as spicy Ibérico chorizo (fresh red Ibérico chorizo) and Ibérico butifarra (fresh white Ibérico chorizo).

OUR MARINATED PRODUCTS

All the fresh products obtained after quartering can be marinated, which means that their preparation is very simple and convenient.

Hence the range of products we offer are marinated with paprika, salt, oregano, garlic and pepper.
